I enjoyed this book A bit old but still it gives insight as to what it s like to take anti depressants to aid recoveryAlso gives some history into the creation of antidepressantsThis book is very pro prozac It doesn t really delve into side effects that much and it is as if Kramer is saying prozac is the only cure for depression He also states how it makes you better than well prozac can change your personality to make you an even better person than before your depressive symptoms However how much of this is down to prozac or placebo I m not convinced but Kramer certainly isI m going to give his up to date book a read to see if his opinion has changed much and if he can shed any insightFor now I ll stick to diet and exercise
