Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - Parts One and Two: The Official Playscript of the Original West End Production review ï eBook or Kindle ePUB free download Ì eBook or Kindle ePUB º JK Rowling read Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - Parts One and Two: The Official Playscript of the Original West End Production Nal playscript updates the special rehearsal edition with the conclusive and final dialogue from the play which has subtly changed since its rehearsals as well as a conversation piece between director John Tiffany and writer Jack Thorne who share stories and insights about reading playscripts This edition also includes useful background information including the Potter family tree and a timeline of events from the Wizarding World prior to the beginning of Harry Potter and the Cursed Chil. This was very disappointing I was expecting it to be hard to read but this wasn t the problem as once I got used to remembering to read who was saying what reading a play wasn t the problem The story itself and the writing was It was rushed and was merely a rehash of a story already told I would have rather had a new baddie a new danger anything rather than worrying that Voldemort was coming back As for visiting the past this felt like cheating and riding on the coattails of an already successful story and one for an avid fan like myself I have read and watched via the films many times with a few tweaks It was simply lazy Ah well I ve read it now and I can stop wondering who the cursed child isThe only positive I can give this is that I could imagine the play I could see it being acted out on a stage so in that sense it was a well written playscript
